Nowadays, there is a lot of advertisement of teatoxing. It means drinking tea with Senna to clean your body from harmful toxins. Drinking too much tea with Senna may cause indigestion, dehydration, and cramping.
One form of exercising
It is better for our body to do various exercises; cross training is thebest way to be in a perfect shape. Doing only one type of exercise will not bring the desired effect.
Eating low-fat food
Eating low-fat food can bring a lot of harm to the body. Consuming healthy fats, like fats in avocado, fish, nuts, and olive oil improves health and boosts brain activity.
